Software Supports

Since May 2018, the NFF has started to provide two licensed software, LinkCAD* and DeScribe**, for supporting NFF users’ researches and projects.

*LinkCAD is a converter to convert masks or PCB layouts among AutoCAD DXF, Gerber RS-274X, GDSII, CIF, PostScript, IE3D and other formats.

**DeScribe is a tool for generating print jobs in Nanoscribe's GWL files. GWL file is needed for printing by Nanoscribe 3D Printer, which is now installed in the NFF Phase II laboratory.

Recently, the NFF has been installing Cadence, which is the world’s leading software for electronic design automation (EDA). We hope to provide this service to NFF users by the end of this year.
